The difference a bajillimeter can make

A bajillimeter is a real measurement for car seat purposes.

I was futzing with the Frontier, tight enough but not tight tight. I figure since the cushion had compressed a bit more, I could see if I could tighten it more. Put all my weight in, and pulled. It tightened a bajillimeter. So slight that i could feel the smidginess of the pull in the adjuster, the minute, near microscopic give in my hand. Not any amount that could be seen with the naked eye, possibly smaller than an atom. But it was there.

And when I was done, my seat was tight.

All praise the bajillimeter!

I always go back and re-tighten my seats a day or two after installing, and again monthly or so, because of the additional seat compression that happens over time.

The bajillimeter: always vital to those 3rd-row installs in my Mazda 5.

Yay! Glad you got it nice & tight!
The bajilimeter is a great thing when you can get it tightened that extra bit, but when you can't, well, then the bajilimere is a thing to be hated!
