Securing cargo in minivan

We have 2 strollers in the back of our 2004 minivan and I'd like to strap them down somehow, but don't have a clue how to go about doing this. I searched the archives and found where someone mentioned this website that sells tie down straps:
http://www.cargogear.com/TieDownStraps/straps.htm
Which tie down strap do I need and how many? What do I tether it to? One stroller weighs about 24 pounds, the other about 16 pounds. Thanks in advance for any advice!

Is there anyway to store them inside??? I drive a land rover so i also don't have trunk space to store items, but do have metal hooks on the back floor where items could be straped down with a cargo net, that we use for things after being at the store, traveling, ect. But i do take my stroller out and only put it in if i truly plan on using it, usally i know when i'm going somewhere i will need it...

I use one of the strollers daily for my 1-year-old, so that one has to stay in the van. The heavier stroller is a double stroller that I use maybe once a week. I suppose I could take it out, but the problem is we live in an upper-floor apartment and it is a huge hassle to get it back and forth- it would be impossible to do with kids in tow. So that's why I'd like to have some way to tie them down.

I'm not sure... can you search for some kinda cargo net, but even that i think has a weight limit of 20lbs, so it would only hold the smaller one... maybe someone eles can chim in with some ideas...

If you're not using your tether hooks in your last row....would it be acceptable to get bungee cords and bungee them to the tether hooks. Look in your vehicle manual to see if there are cargo tie downs that you missed and you could secure the bungee to that.
