I am planning an informal reception on Monday night, March 30th, in one of the conference meeting rooms. Details are still tentative, but here's the general plan:
It will start around 6 pm. At some point, maybe around 6:45pm, we will head to one of the hotel or nearby eating establishments for food and refreshments. Right now, the nearby Caney Fork Fish Camp is the likely choice.
In the event I am able to cater or need a number for reservations, I need to get a good idea how many people plan to attend.
So, if you are going to Lifesavers, please reply along with the number in your party who will attend. If you are a member of Car-Seat.Org and an attendee of Lifesavers, you can probably expect free or cheap food! Friends and family will have to pay their own way, sorry! Alcoholic beverages will also most likely be on your own dime. In the event the logistics are too difficult with the hotel, we may just wing it and walk to a nearby Chili's or Friday's and I'll order up some pitcher's and appetizers and then people can wing it on their own for dinner and drinks.
