Recaro Como/Signo questions

I am needing to buy DS a new seat because the Nautilus is going in my mom's car and the MA is going into my ex's car for DD.

He is a car sleeper and I want something that has a good recline. I have been looking at the Recaros and I've found great deals on both the Signo and the Como. I would love to get the YS but it only goes to 40lbs. I really cant decide between the Signo and the Como though. Is the SIP on the Signo worth the price difference, or should I stick with the Como for the higher harness height? How deep are the sides on the Como?

I'm really not too worried about it lasting him forever because I buy new seats fairly frequently, but I would like it to last him a little bit :p.

ETA: He will be FFing in whatever seat I get. At 34lbs I'm really not fond on the idea of weighing him daily, we're late every day as it is .

THe sides themselves are the same on the two seats.

Differences:
Signo has infinite adjust harness like the BLVD. Como has slots.

Signo has individual LATCH bars like the MA, Como does not

Signo has permanent SIP pillows (which I feel actually do something!) The como has these floppy pillow things that either fall down or you just take off FFing. They are for comfort. I feel like the Signo is actually SIP

The Signo pillows are farther apart. My kids have about 3" on both sides if their head is in the center. The como pillows are very close together and are touching my children's head

The Signo offers more shoulder room, but both are fairly narrow.

I *think* the Como offers more harness height though

That being said, the recline on them is awesome. It's the only seat my kid can sleep in(FFing). The support pillows on the Signo rock. Her head just doesn't move!

As I'm sure you know, RFing it's a pain, and I'd never do it if I didn't have to. I had to do it last month with DD2 (DD1 wouldn't even fit) while waiting for the XT's and it was miserable for everyone involved!

Hope that helps

Mama!

If you search my posts, I did an extensive comparison with pics, etc and posted it again lately for another user. It has lots of comparisons for you.
