New-to-market seats.

I've read that some of you prefer not to purchase new-to-market seats until they have been on the market for a year or so. Would ya'll consider the updated TrueFit w/ARB to be in that category? Yes, it will be new on the market, but the basic structure of the seat is largely the same. Would you treat it with the same caution?

My daughter will have outgrown her current seat by the time the next Britax sale rolls around, so if I'm going to purchase a MA or BLVD I need to do it now. But I'm hesitant to hinge all my hopes on a seat that has not yet hit the shelves. What if production isn't adequate? What if there are issues with the new location of the harness adjuster, or the angle of the ARB, etc...

What do ya'll think?

No, I would not..if anything, I'd consider the new Tf to be an "updated" or "fixed" version of a seat that has proven to be pretty awesome in it's original form..now, with thw addition of ARB to help with rebound and side impact, and it basically "fixes" the stupid "can't reach the adjuster" issue....it really is an almosty perfect seat....(if only they'd up the rf'ing limit...)

Yeah I consider it an upgrade or fixed version so not a new seat. I am going to be getting one as soon as tax money comes!
