SS1 Handle Peeling...

The rubber in the middle of my SS1 handle is starting to peel. I know it's obviously not a safety concern but have any of you had this happen? Should I try to get it replaced?

How old is the seat? If it's under a year, I'd call Graco. Just because it would absolutely drive me crazy on a new seat. But....they'd probobly have to replace the entire seat.... I don't think the handle can come off

:yeahthat: It's not a safety issue, but it still shouldn't happen. If it's within the warranty, they should replace it.

I would say that peeling rubber IS a safety issue--not in terms of the way the seat will perform, but as a choking hazard. Seats have been recalled for choking hazards in the past. Definitely give them a call.
