Mariposa Nautilus - How hard is it to keep it clean/nice?

We're looking at the Mariposa pattern for our 2nd Nautilus. My daughter likes it but I worry about the light pink on the sides and on the chair. We do a lot of snacking in the car. Wondering how hard it will be to keep it clean and nice?

I don't have one but it feels and looks like the same light pink Fabric I had on my Snugride in "Giselle". Even in an infant seat we had a few gray spots that just wouldn't wash out and she only used that seat for 9 months

So, on my experience with pink seats thus far (and this Includes the Britax "Brooke") is no eating in the car and no stepping on the seats to reach your own. And they still have gray spots. My next seat is going to be gray. Dark gray

We've only had our mariposa cover for a few weeks- no stains yet, so I have no idea about cleaning...When she does eat in the car, she's really quite competent at her age to keep food/mess contained. Sometimes, if she has a snack on a long drive, we put a hand towel on her lap to catch crumbs an stuff. My Radian cover was similar and it stained a bit, but not terribly.

It's machine washable??

I had ashley floral on the MA and it wasn't a problem.

I've had the same color pink and grey on a stroller and it came clean.

I think it will be dependent on the material... but so far, I have never had a problem with a graco cover, as they are machine washable.

I do not have this cover. I don't think it would be any worse than some of th light covers though.
