My internet is only on my phone, so hard to find things sometimes.
I am looking for the link that has info about extended rf and has the bone info.

Also what's the law in calif for rf?

No CA law on RF, just 'proper use' is mandated, and I think ALL convertibles now say at least a year and 20/22/23 pounds for FF, Cosco even says 34 inches for FF in addition to 22lbs and a year.
