When did peg perego stop making the infant seat with a 3 point harness?

I've never, ever seen a peg 3pt seat. Are you sure someone just didn't put it together right.

Could it be a European Peg Perego? I think 3-point infant carriers are still sold in many European countries.

Looks like a US model gone horribly wrong

(I think that cover is pretty old, so it's probably expired anyway).

IDK, the buckle looks like a euro one to me, plus the straps look thinner than the US seats. They have the same covers, at last now, so it wouldn't surprise me if it is an older european one.
