Stroller frames for infant seats

I am looking at craigslist to grab one of thise stroller frame things... I will have a Chicco KF30 - Are they mostly universal??

If not, does anyone know which ones will work?

I have an older baby trend that I got at a garage sale for 5.00 this summer.
It is the best! :) The only thing I don't like about it is it doesn't have the parent tray like the newer models.

I have fit a safeseat and snugride on mine.

I have a Maclaren Easy Traveller for my Keyfit30. It doesn't "snap" on per se, but it fits great (and also has a strap for securing it better). It has a huge basket, and folds like the other Maclaren strollers (in a more umbrella style). I love the quality.

The only cons for me are that the basket can be hard to access when the carseat is on there...you can fit small things, but for larger items you'll have to lift up the seat. Also, there's a cup holder, but it only really holds a small bottle. You could easily attach something like a Buggy Buddy (from Sunshine Kids) for drinks, cell phone, etc. But those are all small things in my book. We love it :)

I've tried the KF30 in the Graco Snugrider at BRU and it fit fine. A friend is going to let me borrow her Snugrider! :thumbsup:
