I was out running a bunch of errands this afternoon and overheard two really cute conversations about carseats that I thought you all would appreciate. I just typed up the first conversation but decided the second one was far cuter.
The first conversation occured at a clothing store between two little girls who were discussing their new carseats. IT was cute.
The second conversation occured at the toy store. I was in the doll aisle with a few other people. Standing about twenty feet away from me was a little girl, about 5 years old, and an adult woman who I am assuming was her mom. The little girl pointed to a Graco doll riding in a doll-sized Turbo Booster and said, "Oh my! That baby is too little to be in a booster! That baby should be rear-facing!!"
The mother said, "It is just a doll, sweetie." The little girl responded, "Well, it should still be rear-facing!"
I thought that was cute!
Obviously the children of this generation are getting the message about carseats. Otherwise I don't think I would have overheard TWO converstaions in one day!
