Trying to decide on if I want to get a booster for DS#2 to use when we travel or not. I want one that tethers. Which boosters teether?

The Recaro Start is the only dedicated booster that tethers. Some of the harness/booster combos allow you to use the top tether as well, but they generally make awful boosters that are quickly outgrown.
There are more boosters that LATCH, though. All of Clek's boosters, the Sunshine Kids Monterey, the Nautilus can be LATCH'd in booster mode, and I think the Frontier as well.
That's all I can think of off the top of my head. There might be more.

going by your other thread, since you have a parkway, I'd probably give the parkway to your ds2 and get a clek olli (because it comes with a carry strap and it is so easy to travel with) that has latch for your ds1.
