Tell me about your BOB...

I am leaning towards the Stroller Strides BOB and just wanting to know how others like their BOB.

I have absolutely loved every different type of Bob I have ever used!!! Bob is def. my favorite jogging stroller! They are awesome strollers, great customer service, great quality, long lasting, and so easy to push/use. And even the double fits in my itty bitty trunk!

Since I don't have kids of my own yet I don't actually own one... but I have pretty much decided that when I have kids I am going to get a Bob as my primary stroller!

but unless you are only going to use it to run, I highly suggest you get the Bob Revolution!

I don't own a BOB myself, but I've had lots of people tell me how much they love their BOB strollers. I haven't really gotten bad comments yet.

Do you have any specific questions about the BOB Stroller Strides?

My sister has the Revolution and LOVES it. I am also getting one(trying to decide on color!). She got the infant seat attachment and it's her only stroller. We have taken it everywhere, from the farmers market to the mall. We loaded it down at the outlet mall and could still push/steer with one hand. It also folds up so nicely and easily. My mom figured it out in less than a minute. Overall, she said it's the best $390 she ever spent.

The Stroller strides BOB is the revolution just w/extras. Plus I intend to join our local SS.

We have a BOB that I've dragged all over the US and back. I absolutely love it and it has replaced Maclaren as my fav stroller. I use it for everything, to the malls, through the airport, running, walks with the kids. It folds one handed, doesn't take up that much space for a jogging stroller, steers like an absolute dream. I've taken it on plane trips, loaded it down with carry ons and two car seats. Both my girls can ride in a single in a pinch. The almost 6y old sits on the foot rest on top of the wheel, and the 2y old in the seat. DD1 is average height but skinny and can still fit in the seat with the canopy down, she has SPD and needs to ride once in a while so I'm glad that I have a stroller that she can still fit in. I don't have anything I don't like about it. :thumbsup:

What will you be using it for specifically?

If you are going to be hard core jogging or running I wouldn't recommend it.

If you are going to want to go shopping with it, and/or have a taller child I would recommend something else.

Really I will be using it for everything. Plus when we have baby #2 (we are ttc now) I will buy the car seat attach and use it then also. So it needs to last awhile and take a lot.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my BOB Revolution, my DH possibly loves it more. One of the nicest features is that my DD can hope on the foot well when she gets tired. We didn't need a double, DD was 4 when we got it, but a place to sit for a few minutes is nice. We did get the cup holder thing that velcro's on. We live on dirt and it wasn't until we got this stroller that we were actually able to go for walks with a stroller! Can't say enough good things about ours. It's the only spendy stroller we have ever owned, it's just wonderful!
