I don't see anything about the harness weight mins/max (which is what I was looking for). But I do see that is says newborn- 12 months, but it's a FF only seat

Do I just email the webmaster....or customer service....?

Email either or both! I emailed about a similar seat asking them to clarify the harness weight limit was only 22-40 pounds and was a belt positioning booster 30-100 pounds. Someone thought they had gotten a great deal on a seat that harnessed to 100 pounds. Her 2 year old had outgrown the roundabout. She was frustrated to learn she'd bought the wrong seat. Target emailed me back and said they'd change the description. I never checked up on it though.
