Carseat collection, WWYD?

My DD is 2 years (26 months) and 25 pounds. She will stay RF as long as she can. She has a carseat in:
Mom's 08 Sienna
Dad's 00 Durango
Grandma's 99 Escort
Grandpa's 04 CRV

The only seat that can fit RF in Grandma's car is the Scenera, because she keeps her front seats so far back. And the Scenera only fits in the center. Though, looking today the Uptown might fit

These are the seats we own:
Evenflo Titan Elite
Evenflo Titan Deluxe
3 Cosco Scenera
Britax Marathon
Britax Blvd
Safety First Uptown

DD is just about to outgrow the Titans by RF height, so we're not using them anymore. DD has a couple more inches to go in the Scenera. But, that's what I thought about the Titans a few months ago.

I'm planning on buying a True Fit because hopfully it'll be the last harnessed seat she needs in Grandpa's car, and she can RF longer. The Uptown (currently in Grandpa's car) is a pain to adjust the harness. I will be trying the TF in his car and hopfully it will be better (I know, it has it's issues too).

Anyway, here's my dilema. Should I get rid of the Titans? Or should I keep them for future kids? I plan on having more kids (In a perfect world, I'd have 3), and my brother and SIL might have kids.

I like that the Titan has EPS foam where the Scenera doesn't. But all the other cars (except mine) rarely have DD in them. Though lately, Grandma has been keeping her once a week or less.

I'm also not a huge fan of the Uptown because it seems squashy in the shoulders, and it's difficult to adjust. I might try it in Grandma's car and if it doesn't fit, sell it after I get the TF.

What would you do?

btw- I'd be selling these on CL, not on swap.

I'd sell the titans to fund a TF, and make sure it's what you really want. FWIW, the TF is my fave seat *ever* except the harness adjuster is the hardest of any seat I've ever had (except the comfortsport). I do own an uptown ;) Could just be my angle though!

I REALLY want a TF. My only concern is the harness adjuster being accessable. I have the Uptown at a 45* angle, and still have to recline the CRV's seatback a little to make it accessable at all (still very difficult to get to, but do-able).

I'll be buying the TF from BRU. If I don't like it (and I really really want to love it), I can return it. If I REALLY like it, I might even use it in my van, and put the MA in grandpa's car. :)

So...I should ditch the titans instead of saving them for future kiddos?

Yes, because if you have future kiddos, you're not going to want to use the titans--you're going to want to have fun shopping for car seats, right?

Oh, and the adjuster... the uptown is a push button, and the tf is a pull-lever (like the radian/britaxes, only not shaped quite the same). Now, I do have insanely upright seat backs (durango) so ANY adjust lever is a PITA to reach, but the TF has been the worst.

I use the continuous-loop harness and just keep it tightened all the time. Despite the adjuster it is totally my favorite seat. Of course IIRC, when they were talking about the 2 new TFs coming out at the ABC expo thing, they said the harness adjuster issue would be fixed. :)

I thought it was only the TF w/ anti rebound bar that would make it easier to adjust. I was considering trying to wait for the new TFs...but don't know if I can wait 3+ months.
