I need help picking a stroller, and feel overwhelmed with the all the choices. I have no idea which ones are decent and which ones stink, and the reviews are not very helpful. I want something that will last a while, I am tired of the $15 umbrella strollers that don't last. I know, you get what you pay for, that's why I'm here.
It will mainly be used for places like the park, zoo, museums, and the mall.
So here is what I want:
- Less than $150, preferably at Babies R Us (I have a 20% off coupon for there.)
- Compact fold, I have a small car (Toyota Corolla) and it needs to fit in the trunk.
- Needs to recline enough for a newborn.
- Easy to push and steer, the huge Graco ones are a PITA to steer.
- I forgot, I also need it to have a basket.
Here is what I would like, but its not a necessity.
- A higher weight limit, but I am ok with exceeding the weight limit on a stroller on the rare trips it is needed.
- A snack tray.
It will mainly be used for a 7 lb. two week old. But also occasionally for a 34 lb. 20 month old, and a 48 lb. 4 year old. I usually carry the 20 month old in the Ergo on my back and the four year old walks, but sometimes strollers are more convenient.
Help me out please.
