    TRU/shopping question

    does TRU accept competitor's coupons? Target, specifically.

    if not, does anyone know of a B&M that does accept them and has rhino rampage for less than $20 (other than Wal-mart)? Ds is really fixated on it. TRU has it for $18, and Target's toy catalog has a $5 coupon.
