We're not seriously shopping, but will be in a few years...
I'm just wondering if something like this exist.

Ford or GM
4wd
7-8 passenger
LATCH or TA's in 3 + seating positions
l/s belts for all seating positions
headrest in center seating positions

Does it exist?

Not sure about LATCH, but look into the Ford Flex

Any reason for not including Chrysler? If it merges with GM, there's no way they'd kill off the Grand Caravan/Town & Country. GM and Ford don't have minivans anymore and never could make one that could compete. If GM manages to grab hold of Chrysler, one of the prizes will be the minivan.

Someone on here stated the Flex is really narrow & getting 2 seats side by side in the back was difficult.

Not sure about the headrests & l/s belts, but what about the Acadia/Outlook/Enclave/Traverse?!

I don't know why they had to make the flex so ugly!!!

I'm not including chrysler because I have never drove a dodge/chrysler vehicle that I liked. FIL has owned many dodge/chrysler vehicles and they have all fallen apart on him. (he takes great care of his vehicles and is a mechanic.)

I say GM and Ford because there are no other dealerships within 100+ miles of here and being in a rural area it's not easy to find a mechanic who wants to work on "foreign" vehicles.

I thought they were only 6 passenger?!

It's 6 or 7. Most big cars are 7 or 8, but the Taurus X is 6 or 7.

I think the Flex is ugly too, but lots of auto people think it's cool. It's a rip off of the Scion xB. A funky car that some people hated, but some people loved.

The Freestyle can come with either Captains chairs or a bench in the middle row. My Freestyle is a 2005 (the first year they were made) with AWD, 3 sets of latch, headrests and shoulder belts in all three seating positions.

Latch is in the two outboard middle bench seats and one seat in the third row. I use a backless Clek Oto for my 10 year old ds in the 40 part of the 60/40 split on the middle bench so that you can easily access the third row. My ds fits beautifully without a booster in the third row. I finally feel like I own a car again instead of the kids owning it. I always hated how things in a minivan have a way of travelling from front to back in that big cavern, I also feel like I have more room now. 5 resueable grocery bags fit so beautifully in the well at the back! This is the first car that I am not trading in after 3 years! I am so happy with it that I want to keep it forever.

The only problem I could see, is if you had to put a seat in the 40 split permanently, you would have issues accessing the back row.
