My parents heard on the news that some safety group was giving away free helmets at a car lot here in town on saturday and usually when they have these programs where they give away helmets they also have a car seat inspection. My parents didn't hear anything though about wether they would be car seat inspections though. How would I find out if they are doing those inpsections or not? Is there a # I could call to find out? It would be for either the Spokane Wa. area or Spokane Valley Wa. area.
