Vent GRRRRR...Evenflo didn't contact me about the Triumph recall!

My seats are affected by the recall, and even though I sent in the info when I bought the seats to register them in the event of a recall, they haven't contacted me. What's the point of registering the seats then, if the manufacturer doesn't bother to contact me when there's a recall? How many parents have the same experience, on more serious recall issues? :thumbsdown:

Unfortunately, I've heard of it happening a lot. It's still good to register because we hope they'll contact you, but... I guess we also have to try to be vigilant about recalls!

recall??? Does this affect Canada or US?

Britax never contacted me about my Regent when there was the advisory. When I called them about it, they found my roundabout, but not my regent on file, though I sent in both cards.
