Why can they just NOT show car seat

use on tv anymore. I stoped watching tlc baby shows because I saw maybe 2 babies in the car seat right. Today I was looking for something on tv to keep me busy untill my daughter gets up from her nap and went past mtv and the have true life im a single parent on and the lady has her daughter forward facing in the infant seat. Tv shows like this makes other parents think its ok to use car seats like that. sorry just had to rant. I do see every now and then a tv show using the car seat right but noe very many.

Edit as I type this they lady on the tv show said the baby is just starting to crawl so for sure not even a year old.

I saw that True Life episode too!! I started freaking out! I couldn't believe it.. poor baby. But on Desperate Housewives a couple episodes ago there was a 6 yo still harnessed! So some shows know what they are doin.. :)

That's why I love the show John & Kate + 8. I watch it just for the car seat parts! They have their younger kids all harnessed in GN's and their older twins in booster seats. In one episode they went on a tour on a beach to see wild horses. They wouldn't go in the tour vehicles without car seats, so they had to go through switching all the car seats over. It was awesome!!! :thumbsup:

yeah except for hannah, who for some reason got to sit in the booster while the other 5 were in GN's...
