Radian crotch strap Q

What is SK's rule on the Radian's crotch strap being under the child? I tried J in one and he has plenty of room to grow height wise, but the crotch strap is almost under him. I didn't have a chnace to read the manual that day.

The Radian crotch strap is not supposed to be forward of the child, so you are just fine.

I thought it was supposed to be when FF? But, I've never really used the radian, so what do I know ;)
