I've lurked here before, and want to thank you all for all the assistance you unknowingly provided in helping me to choose a carseat for my son.
Anyhow...if this rumor has already spread, and you've heard this before, I'm sorry in advance!
I bought my son a Graco Nautilus (he's going on 5) so that I could keep him harnessed longer. My infant daughter will be using my son's convertible seats (and older Evenflo Triumph and Graco ComfortSport...both of which expire, I think, in December of 2010) until I feel comfortable facing her forward, and then she will get Graco Nautiluses in each car, when she's big enough.
Anyhow. I emailed Graco today to see if they might be getting any new fabrics/patterns for the Nautilus, especially girly fabrics, and I got this email back just now (super fast response to my inquiry, by the way. It was less than 2 hours!):
Kerri, Thank you for contacting Consumer Services. A girl pattern maybe available sometime in November. Our website www.gracobaby.com will be updated when it comes available.
We appreciate you letting us know that you are satisfied with the seat.
Just thought maybe some people would be interested in knowing that.
