The blonde one purchased an Escalade off the lot on the first episode...she has two daughters who were with her ( 5 and 8 year old.)...as they drove away in their new $68.000 monstrosity the older one sat in the front seat and the younger one hoped in the back...no booster of course...but mommy did yell "seatbelts on" so I guess they're good to go!

Never seen or heard of that show, but GA has seatbelt laws that state children under 12 must ride in the backseat unless every other seat is occupied by a child or the vehicle has no back seat. It really doesn't suprise me though.
