I just wanted to tell everyone who helped me find which seat would be good for us. We chose the Recaro Signo and it is fabulous. DS still hates being in the seat (10mnths old), but at least it fits him. I did go to a carseat check this past weekend and was complimented on the seat and my installation of it (thanks again to this forum). I don't have a latch system and they were impressed that I was actually able to get it in tight enough, I had the straps at the correct level, it was at the correct angle, and the instruction manual was in the spot were it should be. There only complaint was that I had the harness a tiny bit too loose (he normally wears cloth dipes and I had him in a sposie).
So thanks again for all the advise and tips that you give us mom's who are only wanting the safest for our LOs!
