Whats the difference between toysrus & babysrus?

Our local Toysrus is being converted into a babys r us.
Does babys r us have more seats? I went to the other toys r us we have here and their selection of seats is worse than Walmarts.

Yes Babies R Us has a much larger selection of everything baby...including car seats!

Cool Thanks. Not like I need a new seat or any thing but I am a dork who likes to play with them. I've been driving by at least once a week since they've closed the toys r us down about 4 months ago to see if they've gotten it reopened as a babys r us yet.

All of the TRU I've been in have a bit of everything, for birth through adults, as far as toys go, plus the baby-kid safety stuff, carseats, and baby gear, but not a HUGE selection of that stuff. And then clothes at some, for babies and kids.
The BRU I've been too stop at toddlers. Way huge selection of everything baby, plus a nice selection of seats going all the way up (though I never see Husky/Regent). No toys for bigger kids.

Yup, BRU has a much bigger selection of baby items and TRU only devotes a small section of the store to a much smaller number of baby products. BRU opened a store a few miles from me when my oldest was only a few months old. I kept cursing them for taking so long to finish the BRU store because it would have been so much handier for us if it opened before she was born, mainly because the TRU and other stores in town had such a crummy selection in comparison, LOL. Since BRU opened, a nearby Target has also vastly improved its baby department and increased the selection of carseats there.

Whats the difference between toysrus & babysrus?
