First let me start by saying THIS SIGHT taught me SO MUCH!!!!
Around this time last year I went crazy researching extended rearfacing after a family member told me she was and directed me to this sight for more info on car seats. After reading a TON and then jumping on the whole extended rear facing is best train I then found out more about the KDM foundation and extended harnessing. It took me 6mths to save for my MA and I would never have been able to save and put my 5yr old back in a harnessed seat or buy a new seat for my 3.5 yr old so she could extend harness too. I applied to KDM in Feb and received 2 Regents two weeks ago for my 5yr old and 3.5 yr old. I am forever THANKFUL to them for helping me keep my kids as safe as possible.
So with all that being said I was contacted by the local paper for a story on my family and my choices as a mom to extend rearfacing and to extend harnessing my kids. They are coming out Monday to take pics and get a more indepth story. I feel like I just won the lottery!!!! I am so excited that they are doing a story on extended rearfacing and harnessing!!!!!!!!!!!!
