Here's what we need (im about to cancel our purchase of the frontier because im so darn unsure of everything!)

RFing up to a high pound amount (40-50lbs)
FFing
5-pt harness
up to 80+ pounds
goes backless for booster later (preferably to 100+ pounds but it's ok if not)
comfort
winged head support
good side impact support

optional but wanted:
cup holder
arm rests

Are you looking for something for your 5yo? I saw your other post.
There's no car seat that RF and then becomes a backless booster. There are 3 in 1 seats that RF, FF and then have a highback booster mode. But to put it simply, they suck, so dont buy one of those.
About the RF weight limit, the highest available in the US market is 35lbs.
If your son is already over 35lbs then just get a FF turn booster seat like the frontier. I think the Frontier is a good choice, but if you're unsure then get the Graco Nautilus. It's a great seat, FF with harness, then highback booster, then backless booster. And it has cupholders!! Good luck!

I don't think there's anything on the market that will meet all your criteria. :( For sure there are no seats available in North America right now that RF beyond 35lbs, and there are no seats that both RF and later become backless boosters.

The *new* Alpha Omega Elites that have a 50lb harness limit (as opposed to the old 40lb harness limit) meet some of your criteria; RF to 35lbs, higher FF limit, then becomes a booster (but not a very good one, and not backless.)

The new Evenflo Symphony meets some of your criteria. It has a 35lb RF limit, but only a 40lb FF harness limit. It can be used as a high back (but not backless) booster.

The Nautilus and Frontier both have high-limit harnesses and can become backless boosters, but they don't RF.

As much as the carseat marketers out there would like you to believe it, there is no "one seat" that will meet all your needs. Sorry. What age/size is the child you're shopping for?

Yeah, you won't be seeing a 40-50 lb RF seat unless you are moving to Sweden, and then AdventureDad could help you find a good seat there.

There is no US-approved seat that rear-faces past 35 pounds, and only special-needs seats (with special pricetags) harness past 80 pounds. The only higher-weight harnessing 3-in-1 seat is the new Alpha Omega Elite, and it is not an excellent booster, and I don't think it goes backless.
