She came in with him FF, installed with lower anchors that hadn't been flipped from the RF position (I showed her in the manual where it explained how to flip them), no top tether. Turns out, she actually wrote a paper in college on the importance of carseat safety...but was reluctant to ERF because of the usual fears: lack of leg room/legs breaking in a crash/unhappy child wants to see forward. She was happy to leave with him RFing, though. I hope she spreads the word!
