I've been trying for about 3 weeks to get the tether anchors to retrofit my sable. The Ford shop kept trying to give me the run around and tell me I had to pay, never called me back, etc. Finally I went in and they said that the program was over. I gave them all the info Scatterbunny has given me on this program, including that it's in the 2007 LATCH manual, and all of a sudden they found a lady that knew all about it. 
I got them (2) today, and now I just have to figure out where I'm putting them, and get them installed. Currently my oldest is FF in the Nautilus, so there will be one behind him, he's outboard, I just have to decided which side. The baby is rear facing and will be for a LONG time, so his isn't so urgent.
I'm just so excited!
