So I got my two radians in the mail and dd's seat is about to expire anyway. How do I properly get rid of it? do I put it with the trash on trash day or do I need to take it somewhere?

Cut the harness straps, write do not use and no usar on it, put it in a black plastic garbage bag and then trash it.

i have a giant sledge hammer i wack mine with :D helps to get rid og built up anger.
if you can't smash it then cut and remove the harness throw it and the chest clip in your regular trash then write on the seat crashed (it deters scavengers) and put it in a trash bag. also take the cover (if you don't want it just throw it in a seperate garbage bag) seat with no harness and no covers usually aren't scavenged

I take them to the Neighborhood cleanup where *I* can be one to throw them into the back of the garbage truck and then watch the compactor go to work.

Contact your local Safe Kids. My coalition is having a seat crushing party later this month. One of the ladies is coming to get seats from me that are no good.
