EFTA on an airplane?

Has anyone attempted this? I am taking my 8 month old across the country next week. He has his own seat, I am worried about his "recliner" fitting in the 2 cubic inches of space each seat gets. :)
Thanks...

(I will try to post pictures when we get home if it works!)

It should fit. Just lift the armrest. Don't let them put you in a bulkhead row, it'll make your life tougher.

Have a good trip!

It should work fine. There is a mama in the Cdn & Int'l forum that takes her EFTA on airplanes fairly often and w/o issue.

Hi,
Just noticed your post. I took several flights with my DS this spring when he was about the same age. We used his EFTA RF on all the flights and made out fine. We were on several different sized aircraft- small regional jets, 737s and various airbus models. With the arm rest raised, the seat fit on all the planes without difficulty. The seat ahead was unable to recline fully if at all. He was very comfortable and able to sleep well on the flights. Enjoy your trip!
