Musical seats: I just sold/ordered...

We sold the Madison Regent and Camouflage Compass B510 and ordered a PURPLE Britax Parkway.

So for now, dd is riding in our spare boosters, a Britax Bodyguard and Starriser Comfy. The SRC has no SIP, so we only use that in the middle, but that was bought specifically to use when dd has a friend riding with us, so I can keep dd in the middle.

I was originally leaning toward a Monterey or Vivo, but the Monterey doesn't adjust as tall as I thought it did, and we have no rear headrests, so a tall highback is essential. The Parkway sale at BuyBuyBaby convinced me to go that route, especially since they have PURPLE. :p I have a feeling I'll still end up with a Vivo eventually, though.

I wish it wasn't a holiday weekend, I want it to hurry up and ship! :p

I understand!

Each of my kids are down to 2 seats each, dd has a Monterey and Parkway and ds has a SafeGuard and Decathlon (which will be sold and replaced with a Frontier in the next 6 months).

Your dd has the PURPLE Parkway, doesn't she? I seem to remember seeing that in your signature...purple PW and pink Monterey? I have signatures turned off due to some computer issues right now ;)

I thought the Parkway didn't fit your dd comfortably in seat depth :scratcheshead:

Why did you get rid of the Madison? I thought she LOVED it?

She did love it, for awhile. She's just as quick to change her mind as me. The Parkway didn't fit her well in seat depth at 5, which is why we sold it then...but when we tried it again in February, at 6.5, it fit her differently. It's like her legs were just at an awkward stage at 5, dangling uncomfortably, but now that they're longer, she's fine. :shrug-shoulders: It's weird, but I don't question it. She loves the Vivo and claims she's super-comfy in that, and it's shorter in depth than the Parkway. Her feet also touch the floor in the center of the Focus, so seat depth isn't even an issue there. We'll see how it goes outboard, I don't remember if her feet touch there, or not.
