i bought a bugaboo bee, and i used it a few times and couldnt figure out why it was working so rough..turns out it had a bent frame or seat, so i called in and they sent me out a new one..i had to wait a week w/out a stroller cuz the other one isnt safe. so today i got it and just put it together and the reline mechanism is broken on this one!!!!!!!! im so upset!! its a $500 stroller cant they send me one thats not broken!!!!!!!!!!!!! i left a message and emailed...they better respond cuz im not sending either back w/the labels untill i know they are replacing them! so now i have two brand new with tags damaged bugaboo bees in my front room!
