Should I call her now

I was going to take the class to become a cpst next month but I found one closer to my house that is in nov. I had let my stroller strides teacher know I will be out of class that week. When I told her that I moved my cpst class she told me that she had a contact at our babies r us for me. Back story is she does stroller strides and baby signs she does the babies r us fairs when she can get in to them. Well either the dm or something higher was talking to her and asked if she knows anyone that is certified thru safe kids. She needs someone certified thru safe kids to work at her safety days and also in her stores. She made it sound like more then one store which makes me belive she is not just the manager at my store. I was going to apply at babies r us after the class for a part time job anyways. She told my teacher that their is not a safe kids certifed tech in 90 miles (which I know cant be true because that is where I found 5 in my area). I signed up in the link "so you want to become a cpst" and it says safekids.com/cant remember the rest. So im asuming that once I take the class I will be certified thru safe kids right.

Sorry its so long. Should I give her a call this week? I do know that my teacher said that I was getting it next month. Just with gas prices I would rather do something closer to home.

All techs are certified through Safe Kids and the National CPS Board. And NHTSA helps in writing the curriculum. But you'll enter CEU's, community events, and the seats through the safe kids website.
