Anything that has a handle cannot be forward facing. Flag it. I8 also wanted to let you know that these types of posts (craigslist) need to go in the private coffee break forum.

I just saw http://columbia.craigslist.org/bab/802271609.html
It says "Carseat can be rear or forward facing" Does that mean in the stroller or the car? Idk that much about evenflo, but I thought there seats only went to 22lbs (which I guss could ff, but..).
I worry if it is a normal rfing baby seat, someone might buy it thhinking it ffs too.
does anyone have any more info on that type seat?
(I am not actually interested in buying it, just feeding my stroller/car seat addiction by looking :) )

hope i moved it to the right place

you might want to send a nice email to the person to check their manual. As far as I know that is NOT a FFing seat. I hope no one buys it.

I find it humurous that the person posted it has not been in a wreck (thus they probably know the standards) yet they don't know that the seat can not be FFing. I have NEVER seen a bucket seat that FFs.

Actually threads discussing CL or eBay seats are supposed to be posted in the Community Member Coffee Break section of the forum only per forum guidelines, not on any of the public sections of the board. Community Member access isn't immediate upon registration here but comes with time, post count, and reputation level per the Announcements by Admin in the Announcements and Feedback section of the forum. :) The guidelines regarding CL and eBay related threads are a result of the discussions/criticisms of listings of older/expired/used seats that often occur in such threads, which can be off-putting and intimidating to lurkers and members who may have similar seats and questions about those seats.
