Help with 3 across - Nissan Pathfinder?

Expecting twins in November. At that time we will have an 18 month old and two newborns. What model car seats are narrow enough to get 3 across the back seat of a 2001 Nissan Pathfinder? We'll need 2 rear facing and 1 forward facing at that time.

Thanks for any help!

What seat is your older child currently in?? Can you take a measurement of your back seat so we know how much room you are dealing with?? I'd probably start off recommending two Graco Safeseats for the babies (both outboard)...since they have the longest ability to rf a child of any "infant only" seat on the market. My thinking on that is, if it'll fit...you'll likely be able to use them for at least a full year, if not longer if the twins are small.

By then, your oldest will be 2.5 or there abouts and may fit well into a harnessed booster which depending on which one you go with, may fit well between 2 rf convertibles.

I have an Xterra and Wizards, and I can fit the Wizards side by side both rear and forward facing, or one of each. It's a tight squeeze, but I can. It'd be easier with it going rear-forward-rear, though. A radian forward facing next to a Wizard does NOT fit.

I'll see if I can find my photos of the seats. I only have two, but I figure what fits on one side of the middle seat will fit on the other side (since the middle one never moved).

They'd probably do ok with one rear and one forward, but no, they won't fit next to each other forward in my truck. The widest part of the radian hits the shell of the wizard, as I recall. I was rather surprised, but it didn't work. The radian isn't up on a base at all, so they bump shoulders, as it were, at very different points and it just doesn't work.
