I was actually thinking the 3rd row of my Durango would be safer for A. In the 2nd row, she uses HB TB and is almost right at the door. In the 3rd, she uses no booster (she passes the 5 step test with the shallower seat), and sits closer to the middle (closer to the buckle puts the seatbelt on her shoulder).

Mel, you have a good point, I never worried, or even thought about the stroller in the back seat shoving forward into the 3rd row seat back. Hmm.. I'm reconsidering my seating placements for the kids now.

As of right now, DS2 is outboard passenger side, in the Regent, middle is free, and The SS1 is on the driver side outboard. DS1 is in the second row captains chairs, passenger side.

So it looks like this:

Regent (space) SS1

Nauitlus (seat removed)

I did have the nautilus where the ss1 is, but the boys kept on screaming, hitting each other, so i just moved them.
