Question Skins for the BJCM

Has anyone washed the skins on their Mini yet? Mine are really nasty since it has doubled a lot for a highchair this summer. I was just curious how they turned out.

Also, do you use the safety on your Mini so it won't fold or just go without it?

Nope. Haven't washed them.

And i don't snap the 'safety' thing either. too much to remember LOL!

Do ya have some fraying on your stroller, like where the wheel is on the bottom front, where the fabric is over the wheel thing?

I do have a little bit of fraying going on. I thought that maybe I would wash it and see if it gets any worse. I plan on calling to complain, but I still have ample time on the warranty, so I am in no rush.

You may want to call sooner rather than later. They are fixing the fraying issue.

They are FINALLY doing the cut out for the wheel.

I just called and got on the list for the replacement skins, which should be shipping out tomorrow

my DOM of the stroller is 11.10.07, so i qualified for the skin replacement.

Thanks for the info. I'll definitely call now that they are doing the cut out. Do you have to send your old skins back or do you get to keep them?

I just got mine this March. I'm not sure of the DOM since it is in the car.

No i have to send them back :crying:

you need the model # and the DOM off of the stroller, so make sure to have that handy when you call.

Ive never seen a BJCMD at the store, so i don't know if the current ones are fixed or not.

wheel issue? are you talking about the wheel not touching the ground?!
