Super, thanks for setting this up. It's the next best thing to being there. :) Thanks again!

Thanks for the photos of the new seats!:)
I'm interested in the Radian up to 80 lbs - My kids are tall and skinny, and it would be nice to have a seat that harnesses longer in a 3 across scenario. I hope they have fixed the installation issues, though!
I'm not as impressed with the Britax booster - the Parkway seems nicer.
Thanks again, Michi

Love this idea, Heather (and Julie)!

I think the Radian to 80 pounds still has the same top slot height, though--which isn't a heck of a lot taller than the MA, so I don't know that any kids will get anywhere close to 80 pounds in it. :(

I like the looks of the Britax booster--well, not the armrests or fabric so much, but I like that the torso wings are higher-up around the shoulder-area, even when the headrest is in the highest position. I like that the headwings are the same as the Parkway, and I like that it can be used backless.

I am also interested in the new Compass booster if it really adjusts taller (comparable to the Turbo, at least) and has better headwings.

I wish more manufacturers would come out with skinnier higher weight limit seats, with tall top slots! We NEED these!

Bump. We're going to have the same install issues with the new Radian, unfortunately. I took some more pics of the base of the Britax booster and got some measurements of the adjustable area, but will post them some other time.

Thanks for posting this, Heather. It was very interesting. I admit that I am an idiot and cannot picture how those lockoffs will work with the seat belt, but I'm sure it can't be that hard. I just wish Britax had put the design effort into their rear-facing lockoffs instead.

I'm so glad I got to meet everyone! Every year it's a different bunch of us that goes and we never seem to have enough time to just sit and get to know each other. It's nice to put faces to names!
