EFTA--it's not just for safety anymore

I couldn't resist sharing this picture. We had just gotten the EFTA for grandma's car and the best thing is the box! You should see her playing house in the MA box! They're such an odd "L" shape. She's even dragged a pillow and blanket in the EFTA box while I drum my fingers on it pretending to be rain and even thunder!:p My child is strange.

Lol...isn't it funny how kids can have a room full of toys and still have more fun playing with a box. We bought a GN a couple weeks ago and my 2 younger kids had a blast with the box. Ds5 asked me if he could keep the box in his room forever, lol.

I was telling DH how children have such innocent wonderful imaginations. That must have been so much fun, like she was camping in the rain.

Umm...not so odd. The EFTA box lasted longer in our house than the EFTA did in our vehicle. We kept having to repair the box (with duct tape) so the kids could play in it longer. It was a sad day (5 months later) when we had to recycle the box-it literally fell apart.

I hate the Radian boxes, too... they're long and thin... horrid for using for about anything.

I LOVE LOVE the L-shaped britax boxes... perfect for storing clothes... you can do it in layers and stages and get everything folded in there perfectly.

And the huge boxes are great for kids to play in!

When I brought my nephew his Apex, his grandpa said the box was going out right away, sure... When we went back there a week later, it was still sitting in the dining room, cause my nephew liked playing with it:rolleyes:

they sure love those boes huh? My son sure does! I have a ton of pictures of him climbing in his old carseats box. He even brought his big 4X4 truck in there. when i wanted to boot the box, he threw a fit so it landed in his room. many nights he slept in the box on its side until it completely fell apart. i tell ya, its not easy transferring a 2 year old sleeping from a box to the bed without waking him!
