Stopped by BRU to try M in the Regent (pics tomorrow) and check for any super-tall boosters (none) and saw some neat new car seat developments. ALL the EFTAs they had on display there now have a SIP label on the sides. The MA and RA did too, and the RA had a new cover... I can't remember the name but it was two-tone tan, and the center part where the baby's bum goes felt really rough to me, like when you rub carpet the wrong way, only it felt like that all the time. I didn't like it. No Hannah though :( not at Target either. They had the new Black/red/silver MA cover too (can't remember what it was called) but it looked like it would be nice and cool in the summer.

Anyways, just wanted to share... looks like SIP is gaining popularity. Wonder how long it will be before we start seeing SIP tested on Sceneras and Cosco Combos (what with the almost no sides thing and all)

BTW does it bother anyone else how Dorel calls all their combination seats 'high back booster'? It's not a HBB, it's a combination seat!

It's late and I'm rambling, sorry.

The black/red/silver, if it is the 'platinum' cover you are talking about, definitly is NOT cool! The silver part gets pretty hot, and C sweats like crazy in it. It might be better now that he is ff and can get the air vents blowing on him, but I think that an all plush seat cover might be cooler.
