I was hoping to use them in October 2009 dates will be confirmed soon. How many do we have now. I was hoping to use 3?

We're trying to keep two of them together, so with a little advanced planning it shouldn't be too difficult to get three

It should be fine, just arrange that one in August

I've been keeping two of them together, so you should be able to get three in just two shipments.

So now, it ends up that we will likely NOT be renting a vehicle on our trip which means that if we take a car seat, it's only use is on the plane. The CARES might make our life a LOT easier. Any chance one is still available for June 3-15? If so, can I put a "reserve" on it for a couple days to figure out if we need it?

Nicole is keeping track of the list, so I can't answer 100% for sure, but I have 2 at my place right now and we come back May 12, so that would be enough time to ship to you provided there's nobody else waiting for that time period. (I'm not aware of having to re-ship to anybody immediately after we get back, but I haven't asked either.

)

The timing seems good and shipping would only be a couple days between us. I will send her a PM, I was confused as to how this was being organized and thought it was just happening through this thread.

Trudy and I just realized this--she has two CARES harnesses from travelling here for the course, and I have two because I used one to go to Central America and had the fourth returned to me a couple of days ago.. Between the two of us, we're hogging all four harnesses!

Just checking in to see how the scheduling is going... Have the harnesses gone to anyone else since your last post or do you each still have two of them? I am definitely still hoping to have 2 for my trip Sep. 8-28.

Let me know if anyone is desperately searching for one for that time though, because while I am 98% convinced I will be using one for DS1 as he is well over 2 (the age at which the Polish airline no longer has an allowance for using the carseat), I am also quite convinced that I should be able to use a seat for DS2 and want the 2nd harness as more of a safety net of sorts.

Although I don't want to firm up solid until exactly a month before (PM me) it should be just fine. Nobody seems to be travelling in summer, of all things! I have three. Trudy had one, I'm not sure if that one got forwarded elsewhere yet? My three--one set of two is staying together for people who need 2.

I never ended up taking one, so unless Trudy sent it off to someone else, she still has it.

ETA I must have been tired last night because first I typed my question asking if you still had 3, Nicole, and then I reread your post and somehow got that you each had two so I edited to not look like I couldn't read straight... and ended up proving that I couldn't read straight!

I still have one. And originally it was 2 and 2. The CARES just didn't work well for Jonas so I brought a Radian back with me from Nicole's and then left one of the CARES there. So that's how it ended up being 3 and 1.

I was hoping to use two of Cat's right after her trip and possible a third one as well (but not a complete necessity). I'm in NB and travel dates are Oct 8-24. When should I PM you Nicole?

Yup they'd go straight from Cat, and if you need a third that would be Trudy's. Another is in the UK still. Just let me know via PM once you confirm so I have a record of it.
