I went to a few Targets tonight in Madison, WI, and spied the TF at each! They didn't have any on display but had the boxes right on the shelf with the price tag of $189. So, yeah!
I picked up an ETA for $99. Lovely seat. My 6yr 4mo dd still fits in it nicely. She's 48lbs and 44in. Not much room to spare, but she says she is comfy in it. I will either be using it for dc or giving to my 10mo niece after she is done with her SS1.
