Hey.
I´m not native english, and also not able to translate this clause in a car-rental contract (Budget). Could please someone explain the meaning of this sentence?

Coverages / Insurance Information

Damage responsibility for all vehicles = Full value
Non Waiverable Responsibility
Groups A, B, C, F, P = IKR 80000 inc VAT
Groups I, J, K, L, M, N, O = IKR 150000 inc VAT​
