Question RF harness Height? Trufit harness height?

DS2 sweats like crazy in the SS1 and I am thinking about moving him into the FPSVD or the Radian. In the FPSVD the straps are about an inch above his shoulders. That is to much isn't it?

I also have the Radian, but I don't think I will be able to get the proper angle for him at 3 months old and that one takes up a bunch of room front to back. I am currently trying to sell a bunch of things to possibly get him a new seat, but that could take a while...

What are the harness heights of the Trufit, are they lower than the Britax seats?
