Are the new and improved Radians out yet?

I thought I read something about the chest clip being modified. I'm planning on getting a Britax chest clip but wanted to see if SK has changed theirs as well. If they have and it looks ok, then I'd rather buy from the same brand as the seat, KWIM?

personally I would leave the chest clip. It doesn't bother my son at all. But I am also the anal type that won't change things on the seat. LOL

No, it's not out yet ... at least a month, probably longer. Try posting an ISO in Swap for a Britax clip, maybe? (they are $11.50 after shipping from Britax, I think...)

Typically, I'm the anal type too but it's just a bit too bothersome for my son and he's starting to complain too. I'm holding out for as long as I can though because I'm too much of a stickler for rules so I was kinda hoping the new Radian was out with a new and improved chestclip.

I don't expect we'll see anything about them until ABC kids show in September, and it's anyone's guess when they actually show up after that.

The Radian was crash tested with an IMMI clip originally. So although, I'm usually a stickler I see no problem with this switch.

Speaking of the ABC kids show, why does "Russ" (or his clones if he has any) keep asking me if I'm going there whenever I have a question about the Radian? Is this a standard email reply?
Who goes to the ABC Kids show? Is that vendors only or open to the general public?

I'm actually *just* reading the chat transcript with the SK engineer. So yeah, off to the Britax website then.

It's a trade show and not open to the public.

It was mentioned in the SSK chat that the redesign would be there. I'm guessing that's where it will make its debut.
