Another Question About Britax Covers

Okay, I thought I had a Granite Marathon. Then someone posted a pic and said it was a Granite MA, but it had more black in it. I figured mine was either faded or the picture was shadowy.

But the other day I helped install a MA that was definitely NOT the same cover as mine - very similar, same pattern, but the "undercoat" was black, and mine is gray-on-gray.

Is yours Stormy? That's one of the older ones that mysteriously looked gray in some cars and tan in others...

I have a Granite MA cover and it is definitley gray with black undertones. And the outer edge of the strap covers and belly pad is black.
Could yours be Graystone?

I don't think it is Graystone. I have that cover and it doesn't resemble the Granite at all. Here is a picture of it from a really bad angle (a 3 year old took it while the car was in motion) :):

Um, yeah, picture probably would be helpful. I meant to include one.

I think you're right, though - it looks like the Stormy in that link you posted! It's definitely not Graystone (I wish - I love that swirly pattern!) And not Granite, apparently - the belly pad was lost, but it had gray trim as does the edge of the cover. It came with black shoulder covers, though.

Thanks guys! I've been mis-labeling my cover LOL!

Oh, weird! Mine expires in Dec, though, and is currently unused and likely will stay that way until it expires (my youngest has nearly outgrown it, so it's not even a back up seat), so it would be rather pointless. Thanks for the heads-up, though!

Here's Kira in a Granite MA (before I knew as much about ERF). It has more black undertones than the one you posted.
