Question about 2005 Snugride

We are borrowing a friend's Graco Snugride (for a visiting family member) and I have attached the info on it below. I cannot seem to find a user guide (don't worry...I know the seat has never been in an accident). I'm sure it was part of a travel system but I don't know what type or anything. Can anybody help me? I am specifically trying to find if the handle needs to be kept down while in the car or not?

Thanks!

I no longer have my snugride manual, but I believe the handle needs to be either all the way down, or all the way up when driving in the car. Someone else may know for sure, but I'm fairly certain that's how it goes.

The handle can be all the way up (position A) or down in the last 2 positions (D or E) There are 5 positions for the handle. Positions B is between all the way up and the shell, position C is at the shell and D and E are below the shell. You can use any of the 3 positions. Personally I find all the way up the easiest because it can be hard to put the handle down with the seat in front of it.
