Sit and Stroll question?

So our PX has the Sit-n-Stroll carseats. I looked at one today and read the manual. When FF the seatbelt goes across the front of the child. How is this safe? What if it wasnt tethered, couldnt the seat fly out?
Odd seat!

That's the way alot of the older carseats were. I don't think its unsafe, just not what we're used to. If you had to route it like a regular carseat every time it would kinda not make sense to take it out and use it like a stroller.:twocents:
